NJ Dirty Gardener: January 2015

We are only on the second issue of The Falcon playing as Captain America and I already have an opinion. lol
I'm already losing interest. The first issue was good. There was plenty of action and was touching on his past. But this second issue is wack. They touched into his storyline some more and turned it super simple where they could have gone somewhere original. The dialogue was wack as well. He was babbling to himself too much and didn't find anything to care for other then the secret agent that shows up somewhere in the issue. I'm going to buy issue three but they better do way better for me to continue buying this title. Captain America being black isn't enough.

I 100% love this comic and am pissed they are cancelling it after the next issue!!!! I reminds me of The Savage Dragon which I haven't read in more then a decade. It's fun, smart, funny, light hearted and always delivers some action. I picked up the first four issues when they came out but picked back up last week with issues 8-10 and 11 this week. AWESOME AWESOME AND AWESOME!

This comic is funny! I'm going to send this one to my 13 year old daughter and see if she likes it. I really don't know what to say about it other then it reminds me of Marvel in the 80s with it's funny books.

The only reason I picked this up was because it was $1! I am so f'in happy I did too! This book is amazing! I can't wait until next week to pick up some more issues!
